 Jayson Williams - Managing Director

Jayson Williams - Managing DirectorJayson founded Williams International (Aust) Pty Ltd in 1998 with the intention of creating a leading Australian based Grocery export company. He had previously founded and was Director for Link International Distributors Pty Ltd. Jayson has had strong previous experience in banking and Merchant banking, notably National Australia Bank International Division. 

Eagle Pack Dog and Cat food from the USA also joined his stable in 1998. His company Directorships also include the Rocky Rock Candy Company (Queensland), Chocolate Fare Pty Ltd, Monique's Chocolates, Arobo foods, Williams (Marketing), Petsource Pty Ltd and Royal Pet Pty Ltd.


  
 Amanda Campbell - Executive Assistant

Williams International welcomes Amanda Campbell who has joined the Company as an Executive Assistant for Owner and Managing Director Jayson Williams.

Coming from a fashion support background Amanda has enjoyed being a Personal Assistant to designers such as Jacob Luppino and Anthony Pittorino of J’Aton Couture. Prior to that she was the Australian co-ordinator for leading New Zealand knitwear label Sabatini.

Away from the office Amanda is a singer/songwriter and works in collaboration with her twin sister Nicole.


  
 Anne Moore - Key Account Manager
Anne Moore - Key Account ManagerAnne joined the team at Williams International as Key Account Manager in June 2008.  She holds both a Masters of International Business as well as a Bachelor of Business majoring in International Trade and Marketing.  Through various roles with ANZ Banking Group, Victorian Chemicals, Kraft Foods and Boost Juice Bars, Anne offers valuable international and domestic knowledge and experience across a number of different functions, including account management, customer service and logistics, purchasing, pricing and margin management, as well as merchandising and promotion development.
 
As luck would have it Williams International used to be one of Anne’s customers in her time at Kraft Foods and as such she has quickly settled into her role and is relishing the opportunity to further grow and improve the experience between Williams and their customer base.

  
 Michelle Sperac - Key Account Manager

Michelle Sperac - Key Account ManagerMichelle Sperac completed a Business Degree in 1998 at LaTrobe University.  She has since worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager for a gourmet food wholesaler, worked in the Market Research and the TV industries as a National Account Manager and was responsible for large accounts such as Coles, Kmart, Myer, Westfield, Australia Post, Channel 10 and Channel 7.   

 

One of her achievements so far was for being awarded the “On S.I.D.E” award by her CEO for being the most Savvy, Inspiring, Dynamic, & Engaging employee in the company.  Michelle not only brings with her experience in client relationship management and sales, she has also managed a team of 12 people, conducted presentations to various levels of management and is passionate about improving the customer experience through ensuring internal systems and procedures are working smoothly and efficiently. 

 

Michelle has always wanted to return to the food industry and is excited to be assisting in the growth and expansion of Williams International as Key Account Manager.  

 


  
 Brodie Kemp - Account Manager

Brodie Kemp - Account Manager

Brodie started with Williams International in July 2007 as a result of the increasing activity in the product sourcing department. Brodie has a dual diploma in Tourism Marketing and Product Development and offers great knowledge and a fresh take on customer service.

In early 2008, as a result of her high achievement and dedication, Brodie successfully applied for a newly created Export Co-ordinators role - with emphasis on the International Customer liaison. She has just recently been promoted to Account Manager and is a great asset to the Williams team.


  
 Tom Harvey - Account Manager

Tom Harvey - Account Manager

Tom Harvey qualified with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and International Trade) from Victoria University.

 

Tom’s experience to date has spanned across Customer Service and sales, having worked for a number of years with J&J Harvey Meats as a Sales Consultant where he was responsible for coordinating with suppliers and customers on a daily basis, updating and maintaining the customer database, in addition to producing promotional material for products. 

 

More recently, Tom has gained experience in the tourism industry having worked as a Customer Service Representative for the last two winters at a ski resort in Japan.   In the role Tom was responsible for liaising with customers daily around transport, running sheets, and handling complaints.


  
 David Lunde - Product Sourcing Manager

David Lunde - Buyer

David brings years of international experience to the buying role at  Williams. His past positions have involved sourcing and buying for a number of diverse market segments including regions such as  Asia, The Pacific and the US .

He is committed to ensuring that the supplier’s have a trouble free transition in taking their products from the domestic market to the international stage.


  
 Wes Young - Product Sourcing Specialist

Wesley Young - Product Sourcing SpecialistWes joined Williams International in early 2008 and really enjoys the many challenges that come with working in the product sourcing team. Wes has come from Leo's Fine Food & Wine, bringing to Williams a different perspective of product knowledge and merchandising , with plenty of customer/supplier liaising skills.


  
 Gary Naylor - Operations Manager

Gary Naylor - Operations ManagerGary started working in Operations at Coles Myers Target DC centre back in 1994, having collected many years experience in Operations and Warehouse Logistics. In 2002 he joined the Williams International team and since then became responsible for all shipments and movements for Williams International and continues to do so with a flawless record. Gary is also heavily involved in the operations of two of Williams International's associated import companies - Eagle Pack Pet foods and Royal Pet.


  
 Helen Piniatidis - Export Administrator

Helen Piniatidis - Export AdministratorHelen holds a business degree in International Trade. Since graduating in 2004, she has been the Exports Administrator at Williams International. Helen has a strong interest and experience in customer service and is the core export administrator for Williams.


  
 Julien Voraz - Export Coordinator

Julien Voraz - Export Coordinator

Julien joined Williams International in August 2008 after he completed his Master of International Business at Swinburne University of Technology. Julien migrated to Australia from France in February 2006 and has noticeable experience as an export consultant and salesperson. Passionate about travels, other cultures, sports, music and economy, he has the drive to help Williams International grow and reach a wider customer base whilst focusing on a high standard customer service.


  
 Daniel Robertson - Warehouse Manager

Daniel Robertson - Warehouse ManagerDaniel is originally from Tasmania. He started his career in Auspine, where he worked for 5 years before heading overseas. After returning from the United Kingdom he joined a small saw milling company as the leading hand, staying there for 2 years. On returning from another overseas trip, Daniel now joined the Williams international team as the warehouse manager, which according to him is his most important professional challenge.

Daniel recently has moved into the Williams Group Operations - excelling with his drive and determination


  
 Rob Daye - Storeman

Rob Daye - Warehouse Assistant

Rob Daye loves to work, starting from a very young age at McDonald’s. During his 11 years of dedicated service with them he worked his way into management roles. Rob then moved on to gain extensive experience in warehousing with Safeway for 7 years. Now he is the newest addition to the Williams operation/warehouse team.


  
 Candy Wong - Management Accountant
Candy Wong - Management Accountant

Candy Wong completed Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction at Deakin University Melbourne Campus, specialising in Finance and Human Resource Management.  She also holds a Master Degree in Accounting with Distinction at Deakin University. She has since worked in Deakin University, BUPA Australia (known locally as HBA Insurance) and the world’s largest diversified resources company - BHP Billiton.

She is currently studying her CPA and is proficient in five languages.

Recently returned from being the Project Management Accountant at BHP Billiton – Beijing Olympic Sponsorship Team, Candy is excited to be part of Williams Group as the Management Accountant. Candy is responsible for the entire accounts and admin areas.


  
 Vathsala Perera - Accounts Administrator

Vathsala Perera - Accounts AdministratorVathsala started with Williams International as Accounts Administor in October 2008.

Vathsala holds her CIMA – UK – Chartered Institute of Management accountants and is highly experienced in finance.  Previously working with Aviva Insurance on the reporting and analysis team, Vathsala was also an assistant accountant for a large paging company in Sri Lanka, and an audit trainee with Ernst & Young.

Vathsala works on accounting matters for all the Williams group of companies – including Accounts Payable/Receivable, Reconciliation and Balance sheet, and Profit & Loss reports.

  
 Nikki Dolliver - Receptionist

Nikki Dolliver - Receptionist

Nikki joined Williams International in October 2008 and has experience in both general administration and reception across the Financial Services and Sporting Sector.  Nikki enjoys being busy as well as working with people - both over the phone and face to face. She is confident in the area of customer service, and plans to further develop her skills in all areas. She loves being presented with a challenge, and opportunities to grow!


  
 Esperanza Wendyono – Accounts Administrator

Esperanza Wendyono – Accounts Administrator

Esperanza completed a Bachelor Degree last year in The University of Melbourne specializing in Accounting and Finance. She has incredibly been awarded Faculty of Economics/ Commerce Charles Sindrey Prize for Cost Management for the highest overall score in the subject AND Faculty of Economics/ Commerce Dean’s Honours List for outstanding academic performance.  

Esperanza has recently worked as the Accounts Administrator for Right On Target Advertising; Jesters and Amaroo Opportunity Shop. Esperanza will assist in all accounting matters for Williams Group.
